Vitamin therapy — Act

Micronutrient medicine is prescribed.
It is not ordered from a menu.

Paris has seen the rise of à-la-carte vitamin infusions: menus, bookable within minutes, without prior measurement and without a physician. Paris Longevity® makes the opposite choice: medical vitamin therapy, a complementary intervention proposed only on indication, after medical and biological evaluation.

Often searched for as “IV therapy”, vitamin drips or intravenous vitamin therapy, this practice is, with us, a fully medical act. Supplementation can hold a real place in a prevention strategy — provided it responds to a documented biological reality. An identical cocktail for everyone is not personalised medicine. And the intravenous route is not a trivial gesture: it is an act of care, subject to the rules of any act of care.

MEASURE PRESCRIBE ADMINISTER RE-MEASURE

Measure first

Targeted micronutrient explorations — vitamins, minerals, trace elements, iron status — selected according to your profile, history and lifestyle.

No supplementation is proposed without prior measurement. These investigations are part of the Paris Longevity® assessment or may be arranged separately.

Prescribe individually

When a deficit is documented, your referring physician prescribes an individual correction: the substance, the dose, the duration — and the route of administration.

Favour the oral route

In line with health-authority recommendations, the oral route is favoured whenever it is sufficient.

The parenteral route — infusion or injection — is reserved for situations where it is medically justified: documented malabsorption, severe deficit, a precise clinical indication.

Administer within a framework of care

When parenteral administration is indicated, it is performed by healthcare professionals, on prescription, using traceable pharmaceutical-grade products, in a safe setting — and never otherwise.

Re-measure and adjust

A follow-up measurement objectively confirms the correction. Supplementation is adjusted, continued or stopped — on the basis of results, not impressions.

In micronutrition as everywhere else, our standard is the same: measurement before prescription, medicine before service.
