Frequently asked questions

Answers
to the questions we are asked.

What is longevity medicine?

Preventive, personalised medicine: understanding how your health is evolving, identifying what deserves attention, and acting early enough to preserve your capacities — physical, cognitive, metabolic — over time.

Do I need to be ill to consult?

No. The approach is designed first for people in good health who wish to remain so. Prevention is most effective when it begins before symptoms.

What does the Paris Longevity® assessment involve?

An in-depth medical evaluation, prepared in advance through a detailed questionnaire, then organised within a carefully managed timeframe: in-depth consultation, clinical examination, personalised biological investigations, cardiovascular, metabolic, sleep and physical-capacity evaluations, imaging adapted to your profile. The content is determined individually — not every patient requires every examination.

What happens after the assessment?

A synthesis consultation: your results explained and prioritised, followed by a clear medical plan. Medical follow-up over 3, 6 or 12 months may then be proposed, according to your priorities.

Who performs the medical procedures?

Independent physicians and healthcare professionals, acting within their fields of competence and under their own professional responsibility. Paris Longevity® organises and coordinates the journey, under the supervision of a coordinating physician.

Where do consultations and examinations take place?

Within a network of carefully selected medical facilities in Paris and, when medically appropriate, at your home or place of stay. The setting may change; the medical strategy and point of coordination remain the same.

Is vitamin therapy useful?

It can be — when it corrects a deficit documented by prior measurement. We offer neither infusion menus nor standardised cocktails: supplementation is prescribed individually, and the oral route is favoured whenever sufficient, in line with health-authority recommendations.

Are vitamin infusions risk-free?

The intravenous route is never a trivial gesture: it is an act of care. It is reserved for situations where it is medically justified, on prescription, performed by healthcare professionals in a safe setting.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Medical data is covered by medical secrecy, and the information you provide is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Confidentiality is a first condition of our organisation.

Do you speak English?

Yes. The entire journey can be organised in French or English, and multilingual coordination can be arranged as needed.

What are the fees?

As every journey is individually designed, details are presented during an initial confidential conversation, without obligation.

How do I begin?

With a conversation. Write to us via the contact page: every enquiry is reviewed personally and answered within 48 hours.

Do you offer a medical concierge service in Paris?

Yes. Paris Longevity® membership includes a medical concierge: organised access to carefully selected hospitals, clinics and physicians, coordination of appointments and expertise, and organisation of your medical history — for you, your family and, if you wish, your associates.

What is IV therapy? Do you offer it?

“IV therapy” refers to the intravenous administration of vitamins or micronutrients. At Paris Longevity®, it is never offered from a menu: the intravenous route is reserved for medically justified situations, after biological measurement and on prescription — the oral route being favoured whenever sufficient.
