The assessment — Understand

Everything begins
with an assessment.

The Paris Longevity® assessment is the entry point of your journey: an extended consultation, a detailed questionnaire, personalised biology, targeted examinations according to your age, risks and objectives — then a medical synthesis and an action plan.

Health check-up, comprehensive medical assessment, longevity evaluation: the names vary, the standard remains the same. Every examination must answer a relevant medical question. The aim is not to accumulate data, but to obtain the information required to decide.

Before the assessment

A detailed medical questionnaire and an initial review of your history, previous results and treatments. This is what allows us to select the examinations genuinely relevant to your profile.

During the assessment

A day organised in one place and a managed timeframe: in-depth consultation, clinical examination, biological investigations, targeted evaluations according to the level chosen.

The medical synthesis

Your results read as a whole, explained and prioritised: what requires medical attention, what should be monitored, what falls under prevention, what is reassuring.

The action plan

A clear, prioritised medical plan: what deserves attention now, what should be explored, the most useful changes, the indicators that will be followed over time.

Three depths of assessment

Rather than a catalogue, three levels of depth. The appropriate level is determined with you, according to your age, history and objectives. Not every patient requires every examination.

Level I

The Essential assessment

The reference point. An in-depth consultation, a complete clinical examination, personalised biological investigations and a medical synthesis with action plan.

  • Detailed medical questionnaire in advance
  • Extended consultation with the referring physician
  • Complete clinical examination
  • Personalised biological investigations
  • Medical synthesis and action plan

Level II

The In-depth assessment

The Essential assessment, extended to the major systems: cardiovascular, metabolic, sleep, physical capacity and body composition.

  • Everything in the Essential assessment
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic evaluation
  • Sleep and circadian rhythm evaluation
  • Physical capacity and body composition
  • Micronutrient status

Level III

The Comprehensive assessment

The most complete assessment, with imaging adapted to your profile, cognitive evaluation and specialist consultations where indicated.

  • Everything in the In-depth assessment
  • Whole-body MRI
  • Additional medical imaging adapted to your profile
  • Cognitive evaluation
  • Study of environmental exposures
  • Specialist consultations where indicated

Details of each level are presented during an initial confidential conversation.

You leave with a strategy you can understand and use — not simply a collection of medical reports.

After the assessment: act, then follow.

The assessment opens onto personalised prevention and, if you wish, follow-up over time.
