Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions of sale

Version 1.0 — effective 5 October 2026 — the French version prevails

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the services offered under the trade name Paris Longevity® by BAUDICARE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 912 783 206, whose registered office is at 111 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France (“Paris Longevity®”), to any natural person (the “Client”).

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms, supplemented by the quote and its specific conditions. Where they differ, the signed specific conditions and quote prevail.

2. Role of Paris Longevity®

Paris Longevity® organises and coordinates assessment and follow-up programmes: scheduling appointments, liaising between practitioners, centralising the file and accompanying the Client throughout their programme.

Consultations and medical procedures are performed by independent physicians and healthcare professionals, acting within their field of competence and under their own professional responsibility, in accordance with their code of ethics. Tests are carried out by partner laboratories and imaging centres, under their own rules. Regular sessions (physical training, coaching, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy) are delivered by qualified, independent practitioners, as indicated by the referring physician.

3. Services

The content of each programme (assessment programme, Health Plan, 3-, 6- or 12-month follow-up, additional services) is set out in a personalised quote provided to the Client before any commitment. The quote specifies, for each service, the practitioner concerned and the amount.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros. Medical fees are exempt from VAT (Article 261-4-1° of the French General Tax Code). Organisation and coordination fees of Paris Longevity®, when charged, are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

Services of partners (laboratories, imaging centres, nurses, practitioners) are recharged to the Client at their exact rate, with no mark-up.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

5. Payment and mandate

The Client pays the amount of the quote in a single payment to Paris Longevity® (BAUDICARE SAS) upon signature, by bank transfer or card. Follow-up is paid when it begins, as set out in the quote.

By signing the quote, the Client authorises Paris Longevity®: (i) to collect medical fees in the name and on behalf of the physicians concerned, who set their fees freely; (ii) to pay, in the Client's name and on the Client's behalf, each partner involved in the programme. Each partner issues its invoice in the Client's name; all invoices are passed on to the Client.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where the contract is concluded at a distance or off-premises, the Client has 14 days from its conclusion to withdraw, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by a clear statement sent to contact@parislongevity.com or by post to the registered office. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of the statement, using the original means of payment.

A Client who wishes to start the programme before the end of this period expressly requests it. In the event of withdrawal, the Client then pays for the services already provided (Article L.221-25). The right of withdrawal ends once the services have been fully performed with the Client's express consent (Article L.221-28).

7. Rescheduling and cancellation

Each appointment may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before its time, up to twice per appointment.

If the Client cancels after the withdrawal period, sums corresponding to services not performed are refunded, less any charges retained by the partner concerned under its own conditions, which are communicated to the Client when the appointment is booked. A missed appointment without prior notice remains payable.

When a practitioner reschedules an appointment, Paris Longevity® offers the Client a new slot or a practitioner of equivalent competence.

8. Client's commitments

The Client provides accurate, up-to-date information, in particular about their health and treatments, and follows the preparation instructions provided before each test.

9. Emergencies

Paris Longevity® programmes are scheduled. In an emergency, the Client calls 15 or 112 (in France), or goes to the nearest emergency department.

10. Freedom of choice

The Client remains free to choose their healthcare professionals at every stage. They may seek a second opinion, change practitioner or continue follow-up with the physician of their choice. Their regular physician remains their usual point of contact and, with the Client's consent, is informed of the programme's conclusions.

11. Personal data and health data

The Client's medical information is protected by medical confidentiality. Health data are hosted by a provider certified for health data hosting (HDS), in accordance with Article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code.

Sharing of information between programme practitioners is based on the Client's written consent, obtained before the programme begins, which the Client may amend or withdraw at any time. The Client has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, exercised at contact@parislongevity.com. The privacy policy describes this processing in detail.

12. Liability

Paris Longevity® is bound by an obligation of means in organising and coordinating programmes. Each practitioner is answerable for the acts they perform, under their own professional responsibility.

Paris Longevity® is released from its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

13. Complaints

Complaints are addressed to the coordinating physician at contact@parislongevity.com or by post to 111 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris. A written response is provided within 15 days.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. A consumer Client may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they resided when the contract was concluded or where the harmful event occurred.
